These are really simple and easy chocolate pancakes. It takes a few minutes only to these fluffy and soft pancakes.
You can make them in vanilla flavor or chocolate flavor. These chocolate pancakes are what kids love anytime.
These Chocolate pancakes are vegan. You can also make them gluten-free with gluten-flour flour. However, these pancakes are made with regular white flour. These are not gluten-free though.

Refined flour (or self-rising flour)
Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
Castor sugar (powdered sugar)
A pinch of salt
Almond milk - unsweetened
Baking Powder
Vegan butter/ oil
How to make vegan chocolate pancakes?
Take all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Add plant-based milk mixing them together to a nice smooth paste.
The batter should be of thick and flowing consistency.
Now heat a griddle and grease with little oil or butter. Pour a scoop of batter and let it spread naturally without your needing to spread it.
Keep the heat medium to low else it will burn at the base and will be bitter. Once the base is cooked you can see the bubbles and tiny pores on the upper surface of the pancakes.
Now flip the pancake and cook for another 45 - 60 seconds on low medium heat. Remove once done.
Serve them hot as it is or with some extra toppings like chocolate sauce, choco chips, fruits, or vegan whipped cream. The option of toppings varies as a choice and it can be anything as a choice.
