Peel off the skin and wash the potatoes well. Dice them into bite-size pieces.
Transfer to a bowl and add a little olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano seasoning. Toss to combine.
Preheat oven at 400 F. Line a baking tray.
Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
In the meanwhile, chop the green beans to 3 in 4ch pieces (as desired depending on the size of potato pieces).
Place them in the same mixing bowl, add more seasonings. Drizzle little oil over them. Toss to mix.
Transfer the content to the baking tray with potatoes half cooked.
Now cook for another 20 minutes, or till it's done well. You may like to give a stir once or twice in between to get even cooking. Though it's not necessary.
Once done, serve them hot/ warm for dinner or lunch.
